Lottomatica SpA is an Italy-based gaming company. The Company operates both as a concessionaire and as a retailer in four gaming segments business areas: Amusement with prize (AWP), Video Lottery Terminal (VLT), Retail & Street Operations and Betting Online. The AWP segment provides games of controlled chance and paying cash to winners. The VLT segment provides attractive gaming products for players, a variety of games, a high level of winnings, possibility for remote control and real-time monitoring. The Retail & Street Operations includes the management of own gaming, with a network of points of sale active across the whole of Italy, and the Betting and Online segment, offers customers a broad choice of games including sports, horse racing and virtual betting, online betting and other remote games, such as poker and casino games.
