The GAZ brand for the third time became the leader of the auto dealer satisfaction rating by Ernst & Young

The GAZ brand became the first on the results of the auto dealer satisfaction study (Dealer Satisfaction Index, DSI), which is held annually by Ernst & Young on demand of the Association "Russian Automobile Dealers" (RAD). This is the third consecutive victory of the GAZ brand in this prestigious study. GAZ Plant of the GAZ Group, which is part of one of Russia's largest diversified industrial group - Basic Element, was also the DSI rating leader in 2013 and 2014.

GAZ has won first place in the DSI study, which is annually held by Ernst & Young on demand of the RAD Association. The rating is based on the results of the survey of sales and service companies managers, as well as professionals in the field of automotive marketing, who evaluate automotive brands in seven categories, defining the key aspects of dealers' interaction with automakers: "Producer's support of new vehicles sales"; "After-sales service"; "Support of used vehicles sales", "Advertising and promotion"; "Financial Relations"; "Preservation and development of the dealer network" and "Communications and feedback support". 435 dealerships representing 37 vehicle brands took part in the survey of 2015.

Previously, GAZ already won in the ranking, heading the list at the end of the study in 2013 and 2014. Prior to this, the company was a "silver" medalist. Since the beginning of such surveys in 2008 the GAZ evaluation by the dealers was constantly increasing: 22th, 8th, 2nd, and 1st place.

- The first place in the relations with dealers for us always belongs to the customer. During the crisis our goal is to increase the market share and strengthen the GAZ sales network. This can be achieved only by providing additional benefits to consumers. To do this, we create new products, provide favorable conditions of purchase and high quality of service maintenance. Therefore, the first place in the DSI rating means recognition of efficient functioning of all services of the GAZ Plant: production, designers, sellers and service. Excellent assessment by the dealers indicates high confidence in the GAZ brand on the part of the sales network managers, and we do our best to justify this confidence.
