GBST Holdings Limited announced that the GBST Board has declared a fully franked special dividend of $0.35 per GBST share (Special Dividend), conditional on the scheme of arrangement pursuant to which FNZ (Australia) Bidco Pty Ltd, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Kiwi Holdco CayCo Ltd. proposes to acquire GBST (the Scheme) becoming effective. The Special Dividend is expected to be paid on 5 November 2019, with an anticipated record date on 23 October 2019.
