FNZ (Australia) Pty Limited entered into an agreement to acquire GBST Group Capital Markets Division from GBST Holdings Limited on March 7, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete in Q1 2022. Gilbert and Tobin, and Clifford Chance LLP acted as legal advisors to GBST.
