GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, has today posted its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the 'Annual Report') to shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy. In light of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the Company is assessing the plans for its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Further information on the AGM venue, date and time will be communicated in due course.
