Gefen International A.I. Ltd (ASX:GFN) and Verify Insurance Agency Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire a 80% stake in Roeto Ltd from Roey Segal, Demitry Grossman and Tomer Barnea on February 7, 2022. This transaction will be completed with the Company acquiring 70% of the issued capital and Verify holding 10%. The transaction will be completed on or around February 7, 2022.
