CONSTRUCTION S.A." on the Athens Exchange
"GEK TERNA HOLDING, REAL ESTATE, CONSTRUCTION S.A." with distinctive title "GEK TERNA S.A." (hereinafter the "Company") informs the investor community that the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company's shareholders held on 13.02.2024 resolved, among others, the change of the Company's name to "GEK TERNA S.A." and its distinctive title to "GEK TERNA" respectively.
The Ministry of Development by its decision no. 3230817/01.03.2024 approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company's Articles of Association.
The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, at its meeting on 06.03.2024, was informed of the above decision.
Further to the above, via Company's decision, from 11.03.2024 the Company's name on the Athens Stock Exchange changes to "GEK TERNA S.A." with the distinctive title "GEK TERNA" respectively.
