Human Resource quality and Service quality to create the company unique selling points are the most concerns of Gemadept Corporation, especially in such a situation to prepare all resources for total integration. In this regard the Training Board and Gemadept Logistics Management organized a training course of Communication Skill and Customer Service Skill for 32 attendants from relevant departments on 17 and 23 July 2015.

The course fruitfully helped all attendants to approach the basic and necessary knowledge to better serve customers with the motto " to serve customers as best as to serve ourselves", making a strong and impressive change in the company customer service activity in the upcoming time.
