In addition to the new investment of NDP construction to extend the corporation business fields, Gemadept B.O.D has paid much attention to the training of human resource. From 14Jul,2014 to 16Jul2014 the Company Board of Training organized a training course of Management Skills for 25 managers of the company group in the North. The course focused on the practical management issues including the following modules:

1.      The Seventy minute Hour
2.      Managing the challenges of Change
3.      Eight keys to developing Leadership
4.      Motivating for Peak Performance
5.      Creative Leadership or Thinking outside the Box
6.      Solving the management Puzzle

During the course, as  managers  the participants had  more objective points of view and knew that great leaders  always welcomed changes, nurtured their people's nature, developed them by using 8 keys to developing leadership and set up  the clear vision, on top of it is to build the people having  the same target commitment.

There is small difference between individuals but small one will make the great success. Hence the managers' role is to nurture and encourage their people to make the difference by thinking outside the box. In the course there were also the participations of Leaders of the company group in HPH to share their experience and evaluation of the current company status which would be much improved in future by effectively implementing the management knowledge and skills during the strong development and changes of the company group in the North Vietnam.
