Feelingk Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A064800) agreed to acquire 49% stake in Laprima for KRW 3.3 billion on January 22, 2018. Feelingk Co., Ltd will issue private convertible bond to acquire 0.01 million shares. In related transaction, Feelingk Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 51% stake in Laprima from GemVax Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A041590) for KRW 3.8 billion on January 22, 2018. Board of Directors of Feelingk made a resolution in favor of the transaction on January 22, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on January 22, 2018.
