Feelingk Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A064800) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Laprima from Enerzent Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A041590) for KRW 3.8 billion on January 22, 2018. Feelingk Co., Ltd will issue private convertible bond to acquire 0.01 million shares. Board of Directors of GemVax Technology Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on January 22, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on January 22, 2018.
