1. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant applicable rules, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today have considered and approved the appointment of Shri Suresh Savaliya (Membership Number: ACS A15545) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation in place of Shri Satheesh Kumar, Deputy General Manager, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation. The appointment shall be effective from the date of taking charge of the office of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel by Shri Suresh Savaliya.
   His terms of appointment have been recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and approved by the Board of Directors. His Brief profile is enclosed. It may further be noted that the actual date of taking charge of office of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel by Shri Suresh Savaliya will be intimated in due course.
2. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) Corporate Governance Guidelines 2016, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Arora as Appointed Actuary (Non- Life Reinsurance Business) of the Corporation in place of Mr. Sateesh Bhat. The appointment shall be effective from the date of taking charge of the office by Mr. Ashwani Kumar Arora, to be intimated in due course.

Mr. Suresh is a Company Secretary and a member of ICSI. He is a law graduate (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) from Gujrat University. He has done MBA in corporate finance from National Institute of Business Management. He is also a Diploma holder in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Law. He has achieved the prestigious ICSI Award of "The Governance Professional of the Year" in 2021.
