General Interface Solution Limited announced that it expects to receive TWD 500 million in funding from General Interface Solution Holding Limited

General Interface Solution Limited (Taiwan) announced a private placement of 50,000,000 common shares at a price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 500,000,000 on September 15, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor General Interface Solution (GIS) Holding Limited. The shares will be issued at a par value of TWD 10 per share.

The transaction is expected to close on October 24, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
