Generation Income Properties, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared regular monthly cash distributions of $0.039 per common share for each of July, August, and September 2023. The declared distributions will be payable to shareholders of record on July 15, 2023, August 15, 2023, and September 15, 2023, and are expected to be paid on or about July 30, 2023, August 30, 2023, and September 30, 2023, respectively.
