DB W Fund 3, Adonis Fund, Evre New Technology Fund 212, Lithium Korea Co., Ltd. and N2Tech Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A227950) agreed to acquire a 35.14% stake in G Enone Energy Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A270520) from GnCenergy Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A119850) for KRW 40 billion on November 10, 2022. Post completion, N2Tech Co.,Ltd will become the largest shareholder.
