Certain Ordinary Shares of Gestamp Automoción, S.A. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 2-APR-2018. These Ordinary Shares will be under lockup for 361 days starting from 6-APR-2017 to 2-APR-2018.

The senior management, employees, and one Director of the company have agreed not to dispose off any shares for a period of 360 days from the listing date, April 7, 2017.
The selling shareholders, Acek Desarrollo y Gestión Industrial, S.L. and Risteel Corporation, B.V., and Gestamp 2020 have agreed not to dispose off any shares, excluding sale shares, for a period of 180 days from the listing date, April 7, 2017.
