Gestamp Automoción, S.A. (BME:GEST) acquired 33.3% stake in Gescrap Sociedad Limitada on December 1, 2022. Raul Lopez Moro and David Romera of BDO Financial Advisory acted as financial advisor to Gestamp Automoción, S.A. (BME:GEST). Luis Alba and Lara Vettorazzi of Cuatrecasas Bilbao acted as legal advisor to Sideacero.
