KRUK Spólka Akcyjna entered into agreement to acquire Portfolio of unsecured retail debt and portfolio of secured and unsecured mortgage debt from Getin Noble Bank S.A. for approximately PLN 860 million.

KRUK Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:KRU) entered into agreement to acquire Portfolio of unsecured retail debt and portfolio of secured and unsecured mortgage debt from Getin Noble Bank S.A. (WSE:GNB) for approximately PLN 860 million on December 22, 2021. The transaction is expected to completed as early as 2022.
