Lightcircle AS entered into an agreement to acquire Net Trading Group NTG AB for SEK 20.9 million in a reverse merger transaction.

Lightcircle AS entered into an agreement to acquire Net Trading Group NTG AB (publ) (NGM:NTGR) for SEK 20.9 million in a reverse merger transaction on September 14, 2020. Upon completion of the transaction, Net Trading will issue 41.8 million shares to acquire Lightcircle. Lightcircle will hold 73% of the new company.

The new company will be named Lightcircle AB (publ.) and listed on the Stockholm exchange. Lightcircle`s Morten Revill will be Chief Executive Officer /Vice Director.
