GeumVit Corp, formerly DB Lightec Co., Ltd., is a company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of light emitting diode (LED) lighting devices. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The LED Lighting segment provides general LED lights, including LumiDas series, LED bulbs, LED fluorescent lights, LED panels and others; LED lights for advertisement, including LumiSheet Series, bulbs, panels and others, and special lights, such as spot lights, street lights, security lights and others. The Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Equipment segment provides CNC equipments and laser cutting machines, which are used for precision processing of electronics, high-speed machining process of acrylics, die cutting and glass processing industries. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
