Ghani Glass Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of PKR 4,272,781,152 against PKR 3,665,916,003 a year ago. Operating profit was PKR 811,586,838 against PKR 861,612,564 a year ago. Profit before taxation was PKR 830,236,374 against PKR 873,587,391 a year ago. Profit after taxation was PKR 715,475,916 against PKR 698,800,106 a year ago. Earnings per basic and diluted share restated were PKR 1.72 against PKR 1.68 a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported net sales of PKR 10,624,683,908 against PKR 9,507,098,382 a year ago. Operating profit was PKR 2,089,409,883 against PKR 2,041,890,040 a year ago. Profit before taxation was PKR 2,163,280,105 against PKR 2,108,612,518 a year ago. Profit after taxation was PKR 1,950,698,393 against PKR 1,651,588,751 a year ago. Earnings per basic and diluted share restated were PKR 4.68 against PKR 3.96 a year ago.

The Company's products include float glass, pharmaceutical containers, and food and beverages containers. Its float glass division offers Ghani Clear Glass, Ghani Low - i, Ghani Green Glass, Ghani Brown Glass, Ghani Blue Glass/Ocean Blue Glass, and Ghani Reflective Glass. It offers pharmaceutical containers in various ranges, such as bottles/syrups, liquid, droppers, tablets/jars and vials.
