Giantplus Technology Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,603.96 million compared to TWD 2,686.48 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 138.03 million compared to net loss of TWD 8.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.31 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.31 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.02 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 5,195.39 million compared to TWD 4,881.21 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 319.01 million compared to net loss of TWD 171.92 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.72 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.39 a year ago.

The Company's major products include medium-sized and small-sized mono super twisted nematic (STN) LCDs and liquid crystal modules (LCMs), as well as medium-sized and small-sized thin film transistor (TFT) LCDs and LCMs. In addition, the Company provides touch screens.
