GPW SA Approves Dividend Payment for 2020, Payable on 5 August 2021

on 21 June 2021 the GPW SA Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM") took a resolution on distribution of the Company's 2020 net profit. OGM resolved to allocate the amount of PLN 104,930,000.00. The dividend payout ratio will be 69.3% of the consolidated profit (77.3% of the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent entity adjusted for the share of profit of associates). The dividend per share is PLN 2.50. The number of shares covered by the dividend is 41,972,000. Simultaneously, GPW OGM set the dividend record date for 23 July 2021 and the dividend payment date for 5 August 2021.
