ISSUER'S HISTORY AND BUSINESS

The Issuer was established in March 2011 as a limited liability company under the name Cloud Technologies Sp. z o.o. and was transformed into a joint-stock company in December 2011.

Issuer's business

Cloud Technologies S.A. is a new technology company. It operates in the DataTech segment specialising in Big Data marketing and Internet data monetisation. The Company has created one of the world's largest data warehouses of internet user interests. The Group is one of the leading providers of Big Data analytics solutions, primarily targeting customers in the online advertising industry.

The main pillar of the Group's business is the processing and analysis of data on the behaviour of Internet users for resale as well as use for the Group's own purposes to obtain the best parameters for its marketing campaigns. The data collected and processed by Cloud Technologies allows marketers to personalise their online advertising campaigns and expand Business Intelligence class solutions in companies (Data enrichment). Precise targeting of audiences ensures increased effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

For the purposes of its operations, the Group has developed its own proprietary technology Data Management Platform (DMP), which is used to collect, analyse and manage internet user data from various sources around the world. The data is mainly used for precise targeting of online advertising campaigns and business analysis. The platform is responsible for processing 4.5 billion online activities per day.

The Company has developed its own scalable business model that operates in the global advertising market. The model includes three main elements:

• data collection from internet-connected devices,
• analysis and profiling of user data on the Company's proprietary data processing platform (Data Management Platform), and
• sale of data to international market players.

The Company processes approximately 100 billion desktop and mobile device user profiles. The data comes from more than 200 countries and territories, with the EU and US markets being key to the business.

The efficiency of the use of the dataset depends on the ability to process raw data and distribute processed data. This is why the Company has developed its own technology Data Management Platform (DMP), which operates under the brand OnAudienceocom. The Company is systematically expanding its sales channels and establishing new business relationships for this purpose.

The Issuer forms a capital group comprised of Cloud Technologies S.A. as the parent company and five subsidiaries in which the Issuer holds 100% of the capital and votes. The subsidiaries include companies based in Poland, the UK and Spain.
