Giti Honored with the 2012 Customer Satisfaction Award for Best Commercial Vehicle Tire Brands in China

"COMMERCIAL MOTOR WORLD" conducted a satisfaction survey in 2012 that lasted for half a year and involved over 100,000 participants. With a strong brand reputation, Giti decisively defeated 24 tire brands to win the Customer Satisfaction Award.

Giti Continues to Gain Consumer Support
Organized by along with support from many institutions and universities, the 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey for Best Commercial Vehicle Tire Brands has become the most comprehensive automotive survey in China. Over the span of a six month period, around 110,000 individuals took part in live interviews.

Out of the 110,000 participants, drivers accounted for more than 80% while the remaining were transport and corporate managers. The survey results illustrated a direct consumer evaluation of commercial vehicles and component brands. Giti's top overall finish is evidence that consumer trust is achieved through quality products and services.
