Four affiliate debtors filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas on December 18, 2020. The affiliates include Texas Wellness Center, LLC, ECS Labs LLC, Leafceuticals Inc. and B&B Aesthetics Labs, LLC. The debtors are represented by Robert A. Simon of Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz, PLLC as its legal counsel.
