("Glass To Power" o "G2P" o la "Società"), produttore di vetrate fotovoltaiche le cui azioni sono ammesse a negoziazione sul sistema multilaterale di Euronext Access Plus Paris, rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione del 20 ottobre 2022 ha nominato il Presidente, Francesco Meinardi, quale amministratore delegato della società, confermandogli la piena fiducia del Board.






