Rovereto (TN), 25 maggio 2022 - Glass To Power S.p.A. ("Glass To Power" o "G2P" o la "Società"), produttore di vetrate fotovoltaiche le cui azioni sono ammesse a negoziazione sul sistema multilaterale di Euronext Access Plus Paris, informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione della società, con voto unanime, ha deliberato di rinviare la data di approvazione del Bilancio d'esercizio al 31.12.2021 nel maggior termine dei 180 giorni previsti da Legge italiana (art. 2364, II co, Codice Civile) e dallo Statuto sociale (art. 28.3).

La decisione è stata adotta a seguito della necessità di verificare l'esistenza effettiva di un prodotto commercializzabile e la sussistenza della continuità aziendale per il biennio 2022-2023, e ad oggi per entrambi i problemi è stata individuata una soluzione.

the "Company"), manufacturer of photovoltaic windows whose shares are admitted to trading on the Euronext Access Plus Paris multilateral system, informs that the Board of Directors of the company, by unanimous vote, resolved to postpone the date of approval of the financial statements to 31.12.2021 in the longer term of the 180 days provided for by Italian law (art. 2364, II co, Civil Code) and by the Articles of Association (art. 28.3).

The decision was adopted following the need to verify the actual existence of a marketable product and the existence of business continuity for the two-year period 2022-2023, and to date a solution has been identified for both problems.
