INSIDE INFORMATION

This announcement is made by Global Digital Creations Holdings Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that on 3 April 2019, 廣東環球數碼創意產 業有限公司 ("Guangdong Cultural Park"), an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, received a summon (傳票) (the "Summon") dated 3 April 2019 from the People's Court of Haizhu District of Guangzhou City (廣州市海珠區人民法院) of the People's Republic of China. From the Summon, 珠江電影製片有限公司 (Pearl River Film Production*) as the plaintiff has initiated legal proceedings against Guangdong Cultural Park and has pleaded for a court order to require Guangdong Cultural Park to return the entire Pearl River Film Cultural Park (珠影文化產業 園) and its facilities and related documents.

The Company is seeking legal advice and in the process of collecting information in response to the Summon and will make further announcement(s) concerning further developments as and when appropriate.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
