Global Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:GBHL) entered into share exchange agreement to acquire Colby Marketing, LLC from Charles Colby for $0.01 million on August 15, 2022. Global Entertainment Holdings acquired 100% stake of Colby Marketing for 6 million shares of the Company's restricted common stock. Charles Colby, former owner of Colby Marketing, LLC, has agreed to provide consulting services for at least the first 3 years for the receipt of 4 million shares of the Company's restricted common stock.
