Global Health Limited has secured a new contract with Yarram District Health Service (Yarram) to provide MasterCare EMR, Dashboards as a Service (DaaS), ReferralNet Secure Messaging Platform and Hothealth (Patient Engagement Platform) solutions to the hospital and community health services in Yarram, Gippsland, Victoria. Yarram continues the Company's momentum in the regional growth corridors of the Victorian Community Health landscape. This contract win is the first for FY22/23 and joins Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery, Monash Health, Bass Coast Health, Sunraysia Community Health, Bellarine Community Health and most recently Ballarat Community Health and Peninsula Health all of whom have come on-board with the MasterCare solution in recent years.

Global Health aims to provide integrated healthcare solutions to key growth corridors in regional areas across Australia, after the ongoing bombardment on community health resources during the COVID-19 Pandemic which placed a massive strain on regional health organisations. The contract value is approximately $200,000 through the initial 12 months across implementation and ARR with an initial term of 4 years, with 2 x 4-year extensions. This contract win is another key outcome from the strong sales pipeline in place and continues MasterCare's growth trajectory in its key markets of Community Health and Hospital providers.

This is a significant contract for the Company, with Yarram supporting a material geographic region of Gippsland and marks the beginning of support to this important growth corridor in Victoria.
