The annual work report meeting was held from 19 to 21 February 2014 in Changsha, in which all branch managers and group senior officers attended. There were six main subjects in the meeting: Work Summary and Operation Analysis Report of 2013, Work Planning and Concepts of 2014, Accountability Agreement and Budget Explanation of 2014, Operation and Management Training, Conclusion of the Accountability Agreement of 2014, Awards to Outstanding Branches of 2013.

Firstly, the Chairman of the Board, Mr Moxiang Li made an opening address to summarize the developments of 2013. As he remarked, the year of 2013 was a critical year for Global Lock, during which the staff of members spared no efforts to bring the company stable growth in a harsh market and economic situation. The year of 2014 will be a remarkable year, in which the company will execute a comprehensive development strategy, mature performance assessment system, and expand services as well as develop new projects. The Chairman gave a high remark to the performance assessment system and concluded that innovation is the engine of development of a company, competition brings opportunities and challenge is inevitable in the course of development. Our ultimate mission is to grow up the company steadily to finally benefit our staff of member as well as all shareholders.

The Vice President Mr Liang Zou summarized the work of 2013 in the meeting. According to his summary, the year of 2013 witnessed great improvements in respect of operation, business, customer services, and technology upgrade as well as operation system. In 2013, we have enforced all-round innovations, strengthened branches developments and operations as well as precision management, and realized full improvement of basic services. The general development conception for the year of 2014 will be: have open mind to market growth and market demands, focus on large-scale development, achieve a breakthrough in the security field by grid operation, upgrade of services, expansion of agency channel and brand alliance. Meanwhile, a master alarm-receiving platform will be put in use in 2014, which will integrate all separate platforms around the country, such master platform will definitely not only improve efficiency of alarm response but also reduce labor costs remarkably.
