GOR Announces Current Status and Completion of Acquisition
of Own Investment Units
1 March 2022 - Global One Real Estate Investment Corp. ("GOR") announces the current status
of the acquisition of own investment units based on the provisions of Article 80-2 of the Act on
Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (the "Investment Trusts Act"), which are
applied in replacement pursuant to the provisions of Article 80-5, paragraph 2 of the Investment
Trusts Act. Accordingly, GOR completed the acquisition of its own investment units, as was
resolved at a meeting of board of directors held on 16 November 2021.

GOR plans to cancel all the acquired own investment units which are described above by the end of the current fiscal period ending March 2022 based on the resolution of a meeting of board of directors. Upon cancellation of such investment units, the total number of GOR investment units issued and outstanding would be 948,996 units.
