Globaltrans Investment PLC announced the appointment of Valery Shpakov as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. He has acted in the role of Interim CEO of Globaltrans since November 2015. Valery Shpakov has been the CEO of New Forwarding Company, since 2007, having joined the business in 2003.
He has more than 30 years' experience in the rail industry and has held managerial positions at various companies in the transport sector.
