Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (AIM:GWI) acquired an additional 6.3% stake in Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. (WSE:GPR) from two pension funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. for €26.4 million on March 11, 2019. Globalworth Real Estate will fund the transaction from its existing cash resources.
