Globalworth Asset Managers Srl acquired an additional 3.76% stake in Griffin Premium RE.. N.V. (WSE:GPR) from Griffin Netherlands II B.V. and GT Netherlands III B.V. for PLN 32.3 million on December 22, 2017. Pursuant to the terms of acquisition, Globalworth paid PLN 5.5 per share for each acquired share of Griffin Premium. The transaction is funded from the existing cash resources of Globalworth. Post-completion, the shareholding of Globalworth in Griffin Premium increased to 71.7% from 67.94%. Globalworth Asset Managers Srl completed the acquisition of an additional 3.76% stake in Griffin Premium RE.. N.V. (WSE:GPR) from Griffin Netherlands II B.V. and GT Netherlands III B.V. on December 22, 2017.
