Prospect Energy Management Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire LC Lending, Inc. from GLOME Holdings,Inc. (JASDAQ:8938) for ¥0.01 million on November 20, 2020. Prospect Energy Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 198 shares. For fiscal year-ended March 31, 2020, LC Lending, Inc. had net liabilities of ¥1.9 billion, total assets of ¥4.2 billion, sales of ¥406.8 million, operating profit of ¥234.9 million. The Board of Directors’ meeting of J Trust Co., Ltd. resolved the deal. The share transfer date is December 1, 2020.
