GLOME Holdings,Inc. (JASDAQ:8938) announced a private placement of 563,830 common shares at a price of ¥1,060 per share for gross proceeds of ¥597,659,800 on November 30, 2020. The transaction will include participation from HK Beida Jade Bird Investments Limited. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The transaction is expected to close on December 16, 2020.
