The board of directors of Glory Health Industry Limited announced that the Board received a resignation letter from Liu Chengjiang ("Mr. Liu") on January 26, 2024, pursuant to which he resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the Company, the chairman of the Internal Control Committee of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company due to his work arrangements, with effect from January 29, 2024.
