GMM Grammy Public Company Limited announced that the company received the letter from Mr. Weerawong Chittmittrapap resigning from his positions as Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Ethics Committee, due to more responsibilities. His resignation is stated to be effective on August 1, 2014. The company shall report the Stock Exchange of Thailand once the Board of Directors has appointed a suitable person to replace Mr. Weerawong.
