Max Bullions Limited agreed to acquire GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited from GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. for HKD 1.69 million.

Max Bullions Limited agreed to acquire GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited from GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. (TSE:7177) for HKD 1.7 million on September 20, 2023. Total consideration (subject to Adjustment) of HKD 1,696,000. Upon Completion, the GMO-Z.com Bullion will be wholly owned by Bullions.

Completion of the transaction is expected to take place on September 25, 2023.
