Its investment focus aims at nonresidential properties, such as offices, business parks, shopping centers, parking lots, and retail units, among others. Furthermore, the Company develops holiday resorts, offers real estate management for third parties, rents meeting rooms, as well as provides office interior design services. It manages properties in a number of Spanish cities, such as Madrid, Valencia and Alicante.
