Gokaldas Exports Limited (NSEI:GOKEX) signed an agreement to acquire Matrix Design & Industries Private Limited from Matrix Clothing Pvt. Ltd. for INR 3.3 billion on February 1, 2024. Gokaldas Exports will pay INR 2.475 billion is being paid by way of preferential allotment of shares of Gokaldas Exports through share swap and cash consideration of INR 864.8 million.
