Extension of maturity date of bond loan

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS hereby informs that the maturity date of its
USD 70 million Senior Secured bond loan with ISIN: NO0011159543 has been
extended from 13 June 2024 to 13 June 2026 pursuant to written resolutions by
the bondholders.
