The board of directors (the "Board") of Golden Resources Development International Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Conference Room, 5/F., V. Heun Building, No. 138 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong on Tuesday, 29 November 2016 at 11:30 a.m. for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the announcement of the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 September 2016 for publication, and considering the payment of an interim dividend (if any).

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Mr. Laurent LAM Kwing Chee (Chairman), Mr. Anthony LAM Sai Ho (Vice Chairman and Managing Director), Madam LAM Kit Woo, Madam LAM Sai Mann and Mr. TSANG Siu Hung. The non-executive director of the Company is Mr. Dennis LAM Saihong. The independent non-executive directors of the Company are Mr. Joseph LAM Yuen To, Mr. Michael YU Tat Chi and Mr. Ronald YAN Mou Keung.
