Golik Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of metal products and building construction materials. The Company operates through two business segments. The Metal Products segment is mainly engaged in the processing of steel coil, steel wires and steel wire rope products. The Building Construction Materials segment is engaged in the processing and distribution of mixed concrete, construction steel products and other building construction materials. The Company is also involved in the property holding and property investment business, the sales of plastic products and printing materials, as well as the provision of corporate management services and warehouse services through its subsidiaries.
