Goodbye Kansas Group AB (publ) has held an annual general meeting (“AGM”) on April 5, 2022. In line with the rules introduced due to the pandemic, the AGM was carried out through mandatory postal pre-voting. The counting of the postal voting has now been completed and all decisions were made in accordance with the proposals presented in the notice of the AGM.

Members of the Board
Adrian Politowski and Peter Nilsson were elected new Members of the Board and they are both independent in relation to the company as well as larger shareholders in the company. The Board now comprises Malin Carlström, Staffan Eklöw, Mikko Setälä, Per Anders Wärn (Chairman), Peter Nilsson and Adrian Politowski. Magnus Meyer declined re-election.

Peter Nilsson has long experience from management and board-level work in tech companies and international experience from both North America and Asia. Peter is also Chairman of Nogatolp AB and Auranest Holding AB. Also Adrian Politowski has extensive experience from management and board-level work. Adrian is currently CEO of Align, a film and TV production company, headquartered in Los Angeles. During his career, Adrian has produced 450 films.

All other decisions were made in accordance with the proposals presented in the notice of the AGM.
