Goyo Intex To Sell Stake In ReCI

Goyo Intex Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7519) is seeking to sell 100% stake in ReCI Inc for ¥170 million. Goyo Intex plans to sell 100% stake (55,000 voting power) in Tokyo-based unit ReCI Inc, which is mainly engaged in system development and sales of housing industry, to unit's representative director on October 6, 2017.
