True Energy Company Limited announced that it will receive THB 56,393,000 in an equity round of funding on September 28, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Grand Prix International Public Company Limited for THB 6,392,625, and new investor for THB 50,000,375. Post closing, Grand Prix International Public Company Limited will hold 25.75% stake in the company.

The transaction has been approved in the Grand Prix International Public Company Limited's board of directors' meeting no. 6/2021.
