Grange Resources Limited Appoints Tianxiao Shen as Non-Executive Director

Grange Resources Limited announced the appointment of Ms Tianxiao Shen as a non-executive director to the Board, effective immediately. Ms Shen is currently the deputy general manager of Shagang International (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Shagang Group, China's larger privately-owned steel conglomerate. Shen has extensive experience in raw material procurement and trade, company management, supply chain operation management, and investment planning.

Ms Shen will fill the non-executive director vacancy left as the major shareholder (Jiangsu Shagang) nominee on the Board, following Ms Yan Jia's resignation as announced on 6 September 2023.

Grange Resources Limited is an Australia-based company that owns and operates an integrated iron ore mining and pellet production business located in the northwest region of Tasmania. The principal activities of the Company consist of the mining, processing and sale of iron ore, and the ongoing exploration, evaluation and development of mineral resources. Its projects include Savage River, Port Latta and Southdown. The Savage River project is a magnetite iron ore mine that is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) southwest of the city of Burnie. The Port Latta project is located approximately 70 km northwest of Burnie, and its 100%-owned pellet plant and port facility at Port Latta produce approximately 2.2 million tons of iron ore products annually. The Southdown Magnetite Project is located approximately 90 km from Albany in Western Australia's Great Southern region. The Southdown Project is a joint venture between Grange (70%) and SRT Australia Pty Ltd (30%).
